Globalisation

It allows them to filter guests’ profiles across 500 hotels over the world, so whether you decide to stay in sunny Spain or relax in the Emerald Isle, check in to a hotel is never going to be the same again.

From a hotels point of view this gives them a competitive advantage like no other, it reduces cost by allowing hotel to complete audits world wide also it’s an insight to compare and contract Hotels performance across the world. Communication is extremely important especially in hotels that are in a chain and I feel that with this integrated system the service industry can go beyond guest’s expectations
